How to Use
After cleansing, apply TIAM AHA BHA PHA Toner to a cotton pad or your clean hands and gently swipe or pat over the face, avoiding the eye and lip areas.
Use once a day, preferably at night, to help exfoliate dead skin cells, smooth texture, and prevent clogged pores.
If you’re new to exfoliating acids, start with 2–3 times a week and gradually increase frequency.
Always apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) during the day, as exfoliating acids increase sun sensitivity — especially in Nigeria’s intense UV conditions.
